What is the Living Better Rewards Program?
The Living Better Rewards Program is Immunotec’s Customer loyalty program designed to not only reward customers for their loyalty through discounts and product credits but also reward those customers that refer new customers to Immunotec as well.
How do I earn product credits?
Earning product credits is easy! Every time you reach a $200 product spend (excluding tax and shipping) you will receive $20 in product credit that can be used on any future order in the next 90 days.
How does the referral program work?
Every preferred Customer (with or without an AutoShip subscription), has their own personalized referral link. Share this link with anyone you feel could benefit from Immunotec products. When someone uses your link and creates a new account and places a qualifying order of $75 or more both you and the new Customer will receive a $10 product credit. The new Customer can even use that new credit on that first order!
Where can I find my referral link to share it?
Your referral link can be found (and easily copied) right from your account page when you log in Immunotec.com. After logging in you will land on your account page, but if you already logged in you can access your account page by clicking on your name in the top navigation banner and selecting “My Account”. Once on your account page simply click the option of “My Referral Link” in the right navigation and this will provide you your personalized referral link. You can quickly copy this link by clicking the link icon next to your site URL.
Do I have to spend $200 in a single order to earn $20 in product credits?
No, the $200 product spend threshold is cumulative, meaning it can be met over multiple orders. Once you hit the $200 requirement and earn your $20 product credits your threshold is reset to $0 and you start accumulating spend towards your next $20 product credit reward. It’s important to note that product spend is just the amount spent on product so therefore it is not your order total amount as it does not include tax and shipping amounts, only product.
How do product credits impact my product spend threshold?
Product credits will reduce the amount earned toward your product spend for an order. For example, if you spend $100 on product but use $20 in product credit on your order the amount of spend earned towards your next threshold of $200 is $80 on that order.
Is there a limit to the amount of product credits I can use in a single order?
Yes, you can use up to $100 of product credits on any single order.
Why can’t I pay for my entire order using product credits if I have them available?
Product credits can only be applied to products on an order, which means they cannot be applied to tax or shipping charges of an order. This is why you cannot pay for an order entirely using product credits.
Is there a limit to the amount of product credits I can earn on an order?
Yes, the total number of product credits that can be earned on a single order is $100, which is up to a maximum product spend of $1,000 on a single order. We want to encourage consistent buying from our customers and not bulk buying thus why we set the limit.
What if the person I refer doesn’t place a qualifying order?
The qualifying order minimum is set to encourage a new customer to make the minimum ideal purchase at Immunotec which is a box of Immunocal at the 25% Preferred Customer with Autoship Subscription discount level. If a customer is not interested in purchasing Immunocal then it’s important to have them selection 1 – 2 other products that bring them to this minimum qualifying level in order to earn their $10 referral credit.
How does the person I refer receive their $10 product credit on their qualifying order?
The person referred to Immunotec while completing their qualifying order through your referral link will be prompted to use their product credit ($10) earned on the payment screen at checkout.
Do product credits expire?
Yes, product credits are meant as a reward for our loyal customers and to encourage ongoing loyalty. Therefore, product credits expire 90 days after they are earned as we want to encourage our customers be actively earning (and using) their product credits with Immunotec.
How can I see my available product credits?
You can see your available product credits at any time by logging into your account at Immunotec.com. After logging in you will land on your account page, but if you already logged in you can access your account page by clicking on your name in the top navigation banner and selecting “My Account”. Once on your account page click the “My Rewards” option in the right navigation menu and this will take you to an informative breakdown on your available product credit rewards (both from product spend and from referrals) and the progress towards your next $20 product credit reward.
